Overview
The Maintain Temporary Store Managers application allows head office staff to assign temporary permissions to employees to be store managers. This may be necessary in a few cases:
- If the regular store manager is on leave for a period of time, and a temporary manager has to be brought in from another store.
- If a 2IC needs to be acting store manager for a period of time.
Operation
The form allows the user to search for a store, and upon selecting a store, populates the grid with a list of temporary store managers assigned to the store. Temporary managers have date ranges, so they can only manage the store for a specific duration.
